Responsibilities

• Directs and schedules daily production activities including raw material receiving and finished product shipments.
• Reviews and confirms daily production numbers.
• Performs daily facility inspections and conducts procedure audits.
• Coordinates maintenance activities of basic preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Oversees completion of new operator training.
• Leads the production team to develop and adopt new production techniques to increase yields and ensure product quality.
• Enforces safety, environmental and PPE policies; maintains safe work conditions.
• Maintains communication with collections to optimize raw material flow and reduce costs.
• Verifies and submits monthly production reports to management.
