The ideal candidate will have 3 years in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with Oracle ERP, with a focus on data accuracy and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and an ERP system like Oracle.
• Highly analytical with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple production areas as needed.
• Train Production Operator I, II and transfers.
• Participate in Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Ensure data collection is accurate and complete.
• Communicate with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Supervision.
