Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Operations Manager in Colorado to lead production and drive efficiency across the plant. You will partner with hourly staff, managers, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment while advancing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of operational leadership in food manufacturing/production.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer fulfillment/eCommerce operations.
• Understanding of food safety regulations (SQF, HACCP, AIB, BRC).
• Proven success managing teams of 100+ employees in a hyper-growth setting.
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement knowledge (Six Sigma, Kaizen a plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous development across production, quality, cost and delivery initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day production operations ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Coach, motivate and lead the Production team for career progression.
• Monitor lines to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
• Develop and implement procedures and metrics to boost productivity.
