Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or production management, preferably electronic assembly.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, production planning, and quality control standards.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in manufacturing software and tools (ERP, production planning).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the production process for optical and device assembly, plus final assembly and packaging.
• Manage production schedules and planning to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Lead and develop assembly technicians and production staff; conduct regular meetings.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to boost productivity and quality.
• Monitor quality control processes and address issues with corrective actions.
• Maintain records of production output, labor utilization, and material usage.
• Collaborate with test engineering and participate in NPI for manufacturability feedback.
