Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing production management experience with a proven track record.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; continuous improvement focus.
• Proficient with ERP systems and production management software.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• Monitor production performance and make adjustments to optimize output.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
