Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado. The role leads maintenance for production and packaging equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP/ISO standards while coordinating with the Maintenance Manager on budgets and schedules.

You will recruit, train, and supervise Maintenance Technicians, manage spare parts inventory, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading maintenance operations in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of cGMP/ISO 9001 and compliance requirements.
• Proven supervisory ability with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for production and packaging equipment to keep facilities and equipment operational.
• Manage work orders, budgets, and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; conduct performance reviews.
