Dessert Holdings is hiring a Production Line Lead to oversee daily line operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a floor team. This hands‑on role requires standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience as a Line Lead in manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, with bilingual English preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English required; Spanish is a plus).
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a Line Lead or similar role in manufacturing.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coaching and directing team members.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a production line team.
• Monitor production performance, quality, and safety.
• Set up lines and ensure proper operation throughout the shift.
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with maintenance when needed.
• Track production metrics such as output, waste, and downtime.
• Train and support employees, including cross-training team members.
• Identify and help improve workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies.
