• Monitor the performance of Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities.
• Monitor the correct utilization of resources like raw materials.
• Evaluate and develop supervisor performance.
• Build teamwork and engagement within TPI values.
• Promote continuous improvement culture using Lean tools.
• Manage personnel time and attendance.
• Ensure effective Oracle transactions.
• Implement engineering changes and deviations correctly.
• Comply with TPI’s internal work regulations.
