Monitor the performance of Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities.
Monitor the correct utilization of resources like raw materials.
Evaluate and develop supervisor performance.
Build teamwork and engagement within TPI values.
Promote continuous improvement culture using Lean tools.
Manage personnel time and attendance.
Ensure effective Oracle transactions.
Implement engineering changes and deviations correctly.
Comply with TPI’s internal work regulations.
