Qualifications
5+ years of experience in production support or release management.
ITIL certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Respond to production incidents (L1/L2/L3) and restore services under strict SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Monitor application health using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Control-M.
Coordinate releases, upgrades, and migrations with development and infrastructure teams.
Debug Java code, analyze SQL queries, and resolve complex production issues.
Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotations and manage bridge calls during outages.
Ensure compliance with production governance and operational readiness.
