Job summary

United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee is seeking a full-time kitchen production lead at our Colorado Springs facility. Responsibilities include managing hot line, grill, and pantry operations, while supporting the Sous Chef in meal production and standards adherence.

You will ensure proper food handling, recipe execution, and staff guidance, contributing to timely and top-quality service. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• ServeSafe certification required.
• Minimum 3 years as production chef/apprentice in quantity food production.
• Minimum 2 years team leader experience.
• Thorough knowledge of sanitation and safety practices as relate to day-to-day responsibilities and health department regulations.
• Knowledge of proper use of chemicals and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department in hot line production, grill, display cooking, pantry, and service.
• Provide direction and leadership to team members.
• Maintain and monitor food stations for highest level of products and service.
• Support Sous Chef with meal production and side items.
• Ensure proper food handling and recipe standards.
