Job summary

JB Consulting Systems LLC is seeking a Full-Time Production Lead Carpenter to manage remodeling and construction projects on-site. The role requires strong rough and finish carpentry, leadership of crews, and coordination with design, sales, and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record of delivering high-quality work, reading plans, and maintaining client relationships while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
• Experience leading projects, crews, or jobsite activities.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for day-to-day execution and management of remodeling/construction projects.
• Represents the company as on-site liaison with clients and resolves issues.
• Collaborates with Design, Sales, and Production teams to understand design, scope and specs.
• Manages and monitors job costs and workflow to meet budget and schedule; documents progress and codes labor/materials.
