Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Lead Production Associate in Rogers, MN to guide a manufacturing team, ensure safety and quality, and drive production targets. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and collaboration with maintenance and supervision to optimize daily operations.

You will oversee equipment readiness, supervise processes, and promote open communication to achieve efficiency and strong performance metrics in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Some knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee production team activities including operating machinery, managing lines, processing materials, packaging products and inventory.
• Maintain safety protocols and uphold high quality standards.
• Oversee quality control by managing policies, processes and procedures and address issues with materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Inspire and lead employees to meet production targets and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure tasks are completed and monitor daily operations and team performance.
