The Lead Production Associate position is responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading a team. They motivate their team and foster positive communication to achieve goals.

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00am-6:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee production activities, including operating machinery, managing lines, processing materials, packaging, and inventory organization.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage quality control policies and address issues with materials and finished goods.
• Inspire and lead employees to improve productivity and meet targets.
• Promote teamwork and open communication.
• Set clear team objectives and ensure understanding and pursuit of goals.
• Partner with supervisors to complete tasks and manage daily operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
• Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; ability to coach and mentor at all levels.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, push, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and off-shift as needed.
