Job summary

Dealstitch LLC in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to embed with private equity and venture capital teams. You will own AI agent engagements end to end, shipping and hardening solutions inside client production environments.

You will design production-grade agents, integrate with enterprise systems, and build supporting data pipelines, vector databases, and observability. Leadership and mentoring of forward-deployed engineers are included.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications, including agent orchestration and tool use.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO, SAML, IAM) and secure deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements end to end from scoping to production rollout.
• Design and build production-grade AI agents using LLM APIs and tool use.
• Set up vector databases, data pipelines, and evaluation harnesses for live deployments.
• Integrate agents with client systems and enterprise auth (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
• Mentor other forward-deployed engineers and shape engineering standards.
