Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Manager, Product Owner for Salesforce Service Cloud to steer platform strategy and ensure it supports the company’s customer service goals. You will lead platform governance, drive enhancements, and coordinate across teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, maintaining the backlog, overseeing integrations, data quality, training, and reporting on service metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce administration, customization and configurations.
• 3–5 years in product management including roadmaps and owning product lifecycle.
• 3–5 years in HVAC industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Service Cloud platform strategy and align with customer service goals.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate into features and user stories.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and manage iterations.
• Oversee platform customization and integration with enterprise tools.
• Train end users and generate insights from service metrics.
