Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a senior product marketer to own go-to-market for its Web3 products. You will craft positioning and messaging for retail, institutions and partners, lead the Web3 launch calendar and coordinate between product, marketing and sales teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

You will bridge regulatory requirements with creative execution, leveraging AI tools for research, drafting and measuring activation and retention. A hybrid setup and global growth are part of this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing within a regulated financial business or crypto firm.
• Knowledge of MiCA, MiFID and EU consumer credit rules shapes what you can say.
• German language skills a plus.
• Experience launching crypto or investing products and explaining wallets, L2 networks, stablecoins and tokenized assets.
• Experience with tokenization, real-world assets or institutional buyers is a plus.
• You've run partner launches or built material that sales teams use.
• You write copy and drive launches with teams you don’t manage and have built marketing processes from scratch.
• You are data-led and AI-fluent, using AI tools for research, drafting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Position the Web3 products for retail, institutions and partners with clear messaging.
• Manage the Web3 launch calendar coordinating with central marketing, CRM, in-app, localization and PR.
• Plan and write campaigns across email, push, in-app and social to explain tokenized/on-chain products.

Your mission

Bitpanda serves millions of investors across Europe, and we're bringing regulated finance onchain with Vision Chain, our own OP Stack L2 blockchain. As the first product marketer in Web3, you'll own how the chain and every Web3 product built on it is explained, launched and sold: to Bitpanda's customers, and to the financial institutions and developers who build with us.

You will hold full autonomy over go‑to‑market, combining strategic vision with hands‑on campaign execution. You own the story, the launch plan and how we measure success. By bridging our Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will tackle the industry's greatest challenge: converting complex DeFi mechanics, applied to tokenized financial instruments, into accessible financial products for the mass market. You'll use AI tools daily for research, drafting and analysis, and build the playbooks a growing team will use. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Web3 Product.

What you’ll do

• Positioning: Write the positioning and messaging for each Web3 product, for retail customers, institutions, and partners. You will cover Vision Chain, Vision Wallet, Tokenization, DeFi products in the Bitpanda app, and any future Web3 product verticals.
• Launches: Run the Web3 launch calendar, including partner and ecosystem launches on Vision Chain, and brief central marketing, CRM, in‑app, localization and PR so every launch lands on time.
• Campaigns: Plan and write campaigns for Bitpanda customers across email, push, in‑app and social that help everyday investors understand what tokenized and onchain products offer and what the risks are.
• Institutions and partners: Build the positioning and sales material business development uses with banks, asset managers and partners, and plan joint announcements and case studies.
• Compliance and results: Work with Legal and Compliance from the first draft so every message is clear, fair and accurate. Set a success measure before each launch, and report adoption, retention and revenue with our data team.

Who you are

• Regulated product marketer: Typically 6+ years in product marketing, including time in a regulated financial business or a crypto firm working under MiCA. You know how MiCA, MiFID and EU consumer credit rules shape what you can say. German is a plus.
• Crypto fluent: You've launched crypto or investing products and can explain wallets, L2 networks, stablecoins and tokenized assets in plain language. Experience with tokenization, real‑world assets or institutional buyers is a strong plus.
• Partners and sales: You've run partner launches or built material that sales or business development teams use.
• Hands‑on builder: You write copy and run launches through teams you don't manage, and you've built a marketing process from scratch before.
• Data‑led and AI‑fluent: You use AI tools to work faster and check every claim before it ships. You set measures before launch and read activation and retention, not just reach.
