Job summary

Welltech is seeking a Product Lead to own the shared capabilities powering YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit. You will relaunch all three on a new shared tech stack, focusing on onboarding, personalization, and content discovery to boost activation and retention across a global user base.

You will report to the Head of Product and lead a small team while partnering closely with marketing and engineering to ship high-impact features rapidly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products focused on retention.
• Experience collaborating with performance marketing.
• History shipping features that improved activation, engagement or retention.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Able to prototype with AI tools.
• Background in fast-paced scale-up or startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation experience across YogaGo, Muscle Booster, WalkFit on a new shared tech stack.
• Define how shared capabilities like welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization are built as foundations.
• Design and run experiments to improve activation and reactivation.
• Reimagine content discovery to meet users where they are with modular experiences.
• Grow and mentor a small product team, partner with marketing and engineering leadership.
• Prototype ideas (AI-assisted where helpful) and test them with engineering.
