About The Role

The Lead Product Manager will oversee a portfolio of products within the LexisNexis Coplogic Product Management Team. Responsibilities include managing a small team of Product Managers, developing a product strategy, and leading execution with minimal guidance. The role involves representing the product portfolio internally and externally, as well as recruiting and developing the team. The position can be remote in the US or hybrid from Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Focus: Understand customer use cases, maintain contact with customers, leverage analytics, recognize market needs, and understand competitors and regulations.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making & Analysis: Use metrics and data analysis to guide product efforts, communicate KPIs, and coach team members.
3. Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Develop launch plans and coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
4. Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensure clear requirements, and drive solutions for complex design challenges.
5. Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Develop product vision, align with business strategy, and use data for commercial decisions.
6. Technical Skills: Understand technology stack, collaborate with tech teams, and stay informed on new technologies.

Requirements
