About The Role

The Lead Product Manager will oversee a portfolio within the LexisNexis Coplogic Product Management Team, managing a small team of Product Managers. Responsibilities include developing a successful product strategy, leading execution, representing the product portfolio internally and externally, and recruiting and developing the team. The position can be remote in the US or hybrid from Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities
Customer Focus
  • Understand customer use cases and maintain close contact to gauge market trends.
  • Leverage analytics to understand customer needs and align the team accordingly.
  • Stay informed about competitors and regulatory environments.
  • Segment markets and understand sub-segment needs in detail.
Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis
  • Use metrics to track progress and inform product efforts.
  • Access and analyze data from multiple sources, managing ambiguity.
  • Define KPIs and communicate success measures.
  • Coach others in data analysis and problem-solving.
Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle
  • Develop go-to-market plans in coordination with teams and external partners.
  • Accountable for parts of launch and strategy execution.
Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle
  • Understand the overall product experience and drive lifecycle components.
  • Ensure clear requirements and manage products independently.
  • Understand and apply SDLC and agile processes.
Strategy & Commercial Acumen
  • Develop and communicate product vision aligned with business strategy.
  • Use competitive and data insights to inform decisions and growth.

  • Understand the technology stack and utilize the platform for new features.
