Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in product management, development, or compliance in F&I.
• Experience with VSCs, warranties, GAP waivers, or related products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and launch of powersports, RV, and marine products.
• Define coverage, benefits, and contract language.
• Coordinate product deployment in admin platforms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lender approvals.
