Job description

# Lead Product ManagerGiveCampusThis Staff Product Manager role oversees data and integrations for a high-growth non-profit fundraising platform. You will own the end-to-end flow of school data into the platform's ecosystem.### What you’d own* End-to-end data and integration product strategy* External CRM and connector partner roadmaps* Data reliability, activation, and onboarding flows* AI-enabled data transformation tooling### Who it’s forA fit if you...* ✓You have 6+ years of experience owning complex data products in high-growth B2B SaaS.* ✓You have managed technical partnerships including joint roadmaps and sandboxes.* ✓You are an 'AI-native' builder who uses tools like Cursor or Claude to prototype and ship fixes.* ✓You can navigate complex data models and hold your own in architectural discussions with engineers. Not for you if...* ✗You prefer a slow, methodical pace over high-velocity decision making.* ✗You prefer a clearly defined backlog over creating order out of ambiguity.* ✗You are looking for a role where you only write specs and never touch the code or prototypes.### Reading between the lines* The emphasis on 'moving the number' (90% data coverage) implies success is measured by adoption metrics rather than feature completion.* The requirement to manage external partner roadmaps suggests you will spend significant time negotiating with third-party vendors who may have competing priorities.* The 'builder' and 'open a PR' language implies a high degree of technical autonomy where you are expected to solve problems without waiting for engineering resources. Not sure this one is for you?
