Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own category execution on the Frontline Worker Network, turning a partner-defined service into a lovable, native‑feeling experience inside the UKG Pro app, in the flow of work.

You will design the conversion funnel, run structured experiments (A/B and multivariate), and own growth metrics like enrollment and retention, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data science to ship changes through the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years product management, with conversion funnel or growth experience.
• Experience designing structured experiments (A/B testing) to improve activation, conversion, or engagement.
• Experience shipping a product through a surface or platform owned by another team, without formal authority.
• Experience working with an external partner or vendor whose service is delivered as part of the customer or user experience.
• Strong craft sense for in‑product experience design: placement, messaging, onboarding flows, and friction reduction.
• Comfort working with data: defining funnel metrics, interpreting analytics, and using them to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to persuade both design-minded and data-minded partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end worker-facing experience for one or more categories on the Frontline Worker Network, translating partner services into a native UKG Pro experience.
• Design and run the conversion funnel for each category—awareness, placement, eligibility, onboarding, activation, and engagement.
• Own growth metrics: impressions, click-through, enrollment, activation, and retention; set targets and run experiments.
• Design and run structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests) on placement, messaging, timing, and onboarding flows.
• Translate eligibility, consent, and placement standards into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with service partners’ product and marketing teams to align on experience design and handoffs.
• Ship changes inside the UKG Pro roadmap and release cadence with engineering and product teams.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to continuously improve the worker-facing experience.
• Report on category performance against conversion and revenue targets; feed learnings back into placement logic.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate experiment design and data analysis.
