Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own category execution on the Frontline Worker Network within the UKG Pro app, partnering with external partners to deliver a native, consumer‑grade experience at scale.

You will lead the conversion funnel design, run experiments, and own growth metrics from awareness to enrollment. This is a hybrid, senior individual contributor role that emphasizes data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience with ownership of a conversion funnel or growth loop.
• Experience designing and running structured experimentation (A/B testing).
• Experience shipping a product or feature through a surface owned by another team.
• Experience working with an external partner or vendor whose service is part of the user experience.
• Strong craft in in‑product experience design: placement, messaging, onboarding, and friction reduction.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end worker‑facing experience for one or more Frontline Worker Network categories within the UKG Pro app.
• Design and run the conversion funnel for each category: awareness, placement, eligibility, onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement.
• Own growth metrics: impressions, click‑through, enrollment, activation, retention; set targets and run experiments.
• Design and run structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests) with engineering, design, and data science.
• Translate eligibility, consent, and placement standards into detailed requirements and workflows.
• Partner with service partners’ product and marketing teams to align on experience design and handoff points.
• Ship changes inside the UKG Pro roadmap and release cadence with other teams.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to continuously improve the worker‑facing experience.
• Report on category performance against conversion and revenue targets; feed learnings into logic.
