Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the future of Dynamic Workforce Operations within the Pro Workforce Management product suite. This individual contributor role will own key product areas, identifying workforce issues, prioritizing opportunities, and guiding actions as conditions change.

You will partner with customers, engineering, design, services, and go-to-market teams to define solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS.
Experience in workforce management or related domain.
Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS products from discovery to launch.
Strong product management skills: discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization.
Ability to translate complex problems into clear SaaS requirements.
Strong analytical skills using data and business cases.
Experience with AI/ML-enabled capabilities and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations area.
Lead customer and market discovery and define measurable outcomes.
Serve as a domain leader in workforce operations.
Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
