Job summary
Onward Search partners with a leading entertainment and hospitality company to recruit a Lead Product Manager for a 18-month temp assignment based onsite two days per week in Celebration, FL. You will drive digital product strategies, translate ideas into plans, and oversee launches.
Collaborate with Technology, Design, and Business teams in an Agile environment, leverage analytics, present updates to stakeholders, and ensure product excellence across guest-facing experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital industry supporting customer-centric experiences.
- 7+ years of product management experience with global or national brands.
- Experience partnering with Technology, Design, and Business teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital product strategies.
- Translate ideas into actionable plans by creating detailed documentation and user stories.
- Oversee the launch and enhancement of digital products, ensuring clear goals across teams.
- Act as the primary contact for product-related activities, escalating issues and supporting resolution.
- Communicate performance results and strategic updates to stakeholders at all levels.
