Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Product Manager to lead a cross-functional IPT and deliver a product line’s objectives at the Orange, VA site. You will report to site leadership and coordinate between program office and Camden facility to align program goals with site plans.

Responsibilities include managing production delivery, schedule and cost targets, developing production rhythms, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing budgets and IT and security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 9 years of operations/program/product management experience; 7 years with a Graduate Degree; or 13 years without a degree.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional IPT to meet delivery, quality, and cost goals.
• Manage production, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships.
• Develop and execute production IPT business rhythm and recovery plans.
• Interface with site leadership, program management, and customers to align needs.
• Coordinate with safety, security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT.
• Travel up to 10% to L3Harris or customer sites.
