Job summary

Code for America is seeking a Lead Product Manager to set direction for key programs and drive user-centered outcomes across government-facing products. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with program partners to deliver impactful digital services for people in the United States.

You will own the product strategy, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with Code for America’s mission while applying agile practices and responsible use of AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-quality product development with agile methods.
• Strong ability to interpret user research and data analytics for decisions.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to make tough tradeoffs and align delivery with strategy.
