Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management (PXDP50) in Chicago to lead ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred: Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define clear and actionable problem statements to help teams deliver results while displaying a comprehensive understanding of iterative software delivery.
• Leverage customer insights to shape priorities and roadmap development while advocating for and driving alignment between stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize three-year ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps that tie to business outcomes.
• Identify points of leverage in complex problems or systems, and utilize data effectively to define success metrics.
• Exercise balanced judgment in decisions about risks of both actions taken and not taken while innovating in a well-managed way.
• Leverage technology and end-state architecture vision to partner with technology teams to drive comprehensive design decisions on white space technical problems.
• Share business strategy and roadmap with Tech partners to establish context while also leading and facilitating agile ceremonies alongside Tech Lead.
• Deliver value by creating reusable, extensible and resilient capabilities and proactively identify opportunities when key metrics are not performing.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
