Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management to own the strategy and delivery across Testing, Deployment, and Infrastructure & Cost for the Card Authorizations Platform. You will drive platform-level OKRs, enable faster shipping, and improve reliability.

You’ll lead high-priority initiatives, partner with engineers and stakeholders, and translate business needs into scalable product capabilities that reduce cost and accelerate speed-to-market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related)
• Bachelor's degree in any field and 3+ years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap across Testing, Deployment, and Infrastructure & Cost.
• Lead high-priority initiatives including E2E testing automation, platform performance testing, and continuous deployment enablement.
• Collaborate with partners to define requirements and tooling choices for scalable delivery.
• Provide visibility into operating costs across infrastructure, programs, and processes.
