Job summary

Zynga is looking for a highly organized Program & Business Operations Coordinator to join our CTO Strike Team - Contract & Vendor Management. You will own critical operational workflows end-to-end, support contract administration and procurement, and serve as a trusted hub within the team.

Requirements include 1–2+ years in program coordination or business operations, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to present updates to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in program coordination, business operations, or a similar role, preferably within software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Some experience with contract administration and/or PO creation is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust, empower teams, and build strong, collaborative relationships across various disciplines, and work styles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write clear program summaries, updates, and business correspondence.
  • Experience managing high-volume intake workflows, meticulously tracking approvals, and maintaining flawless documentation across contracts, POs, and program deliverables.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Contract & Vendor Management Program Coordination Provide operational and administrative support to the program director of the Contract & Vendor Management team.
  • Contract Administration & Procurement Support: Serves as the internal business liaison for vendor contracts, including tracking and supporting Zynga-specific requirements.
  • Coordinates renewal workflows for Zynga with the global procurement team, including data gathering, validation, and budget approvals.
  • Acts as the primary Zynga requestor, submitting contract requests, PO requests, and compliance due-diligence into centralized enterprise tools.
  • Tracks and reports status updates for contract-related workflows.
  • Ensures accuracy, timely approvals, and proper documentation.
  • Creates renewal approval requests for pre-approvals and tracks approvals accordingly.
  • Communication & Reporting: Coordinates program updates via written summaries, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepares and maintains polished presentations for leadership reviews, team briefings, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Risk Mitigation & Data Integrity: Owns tracking software clearance, VSA, DPA, DPQ, and other forms to support compliance requirements.
  • Flags and coordinates with the program director on any non-compliance issues for quick resolution.
  • Assists with usage optimization to align on accurate data to ensure proper pricing and scale.
  • Program/Project Management Support Provides project management support for ad-hoc operations initiatives.

Postion Overview

Zynga is looking for a highly organized and proactive Program & Business Operations Coordinator to join our CTO Strike Team - Contract & Vendor Management Team. This role sits at the intersection of contract management, business operations, and cross-functional coordination, making it a uniquely visible and impactful position within our global organization. You'll own critical operational workflows end-to-end, support contract administration and procurement processes, and serve as a trusted communication hub within the CTO Strike team.

What You'll Do:
  • End-to-End Contract & Vendor Management Program Coordination Provide operational and administrative support to the program director of the Contract & Vendor Management team. This will include:
  • Contract Administration & Procurement Support
    • Serves as the internal business liaison for vendor contracts, including tracking and supporting Zynga-specific requirements.
    • Coordinates renewal workflows for Zynga with the global procurement team, including data gathering, validation, and budget approvals.. This includes communication with the legal team and other internal stakeholders.
    • Acts as the primary Zynga requestor, submitting contract requests, PO requests, and compliance due-diligence into centralized enterprise tools.

What You Bring:

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $62,000 and $82,000 CAD per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including:
