Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality infrastructure products that empower the organization to achieve its strategic and financial goals.

Interact with executive leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered to meet organizational demand.

The IT Product Management leads all phases of the product lifecycle, from inception to marketplace introduction, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve defined outcomes. Post-launch, monitors product efficacy and uses feedback to ensure products meet customer needs across segments, adjusting over time to achieve desired results. This role requires collaboration across departments and regular communication with managers and executive leadership.

The IT Product Manager collaborates with stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs, ensuring products meet standards and maximize value. Influencing departmental strategy is key to meeting Humana’s needs. Makes decisions on complex issues regarding technical approaches, with considerable autonomy in objectives and methods.

Requirements:

• Technical systems thinker, preferably with Cloud experience
• Experience with Agile tools such as ADO, Jira Align, SmartSheets
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and iterative roadmaps
• Knowledge of security and compliance principles
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of technical experience or equivalent, with 2+ years of project leadership

Work-At-Home Requirements:

• High-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office; internet expenses covered in California
• Minimum speed of 25x10 Mbps
• No satellite or wireless internet allowed
• A dedicated, interruption-free space to protect PHI/HIPAA data

Additional Information:

While this is a remote role, occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $126,300 - $173,700 annually, based on location and experience. Eligible for performance bonuses.
