The Opportunity
As a Digital/Technical Product Manager Lead, you will support P&C digital claims texting and digital messaging, working with enterprise, P&C, and Claims technology and business teams. You will bring claims expertise to a matrixed environment, driving strategy and execution of digital solutions like texting. You will lead the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital products, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize customer experiences, design multi-platform solutions, and improve existing products to meet KPIs and KRIs. Employing User-Centered Design and Design Thinking, you will develop and justify product strategies and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage research, data insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and develop roadmaps.
  • Define and translate product opportunities into initiatives and drive execution strategies.
  • Manage complex digital product opportunities from conception to market validation.
  • Build business cases to justify investments, communicating value propositions.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor performance and guide improvements.
  • Generate insights for product enhancements and ensure their implementation.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and facilitate discovery and development sessions.
  • Conduct research and analyze industry trends to enhance product effectiveness.
  • Manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive clarity and solutions.
  • Maintain expertise in business, technology, UX, and product management.
  • Mentor team members and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure risks are identified, monitored, and controlled per policies.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
  • 8+ years in Digital/Technology Product Management, including Strategy, Innovation, UX, Analytics, or Testing; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of digital products, emerging platforms, and data analysis standards.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

What Sets You Apart

  • P&C or Claims experience.
  • Experience with digital messaging, content strategy, AI solutions, and chatbots.
  • Ability to lead digital priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience delivering complex products with data-driven, agile approaches.
  • Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Strong communication skills for executive presentations.
  • Availability for in-person meetings as needed.

Compensation Range: $143,320 - $273,930. USAA does not sponsor visas. Compensation is based on experience and location.
