From account creation and personal details management to profile customization and account settings, you’ll shape how millions of customers manage their accounts and personal information across ••••••• every day, working at the intersection of customer experience, regulatory complexity, and multi-product ecosystem management.
You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product across other verticals, Risk/Fraud, Finance, Compliance, and Legal to build account management experiences that are customer-first, compliant, resilient, and built to scale. The applicable salary range for this position is $138,000 - $190,300 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
