Aaru in New York City seeks a Product Engineering Manager to lead a focused team of Product Engineers, shaping technical direction and product decisions. You will hire, coach, and grow engineers while partnering with a Product Manager and Designer to deliver dependable AI-enabled products.

You will ensure rapid delivery with high quality, establish interfaces with Platform/Simulation Engineering, and drive reusable product foundations across frontend, backend, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Product Engineers with clear ownership and strong technical judgment.
• Define the team’s roadmap and execute with principled decisions on scope and sequence.
• Build execution models for parallel workstreams with clear milestones and risk discovery.
