Reducto is seeking a Lead Product Engineer for our SF office to define and build the features powering our document platform. You'll work with founders to make document data accessible, build editors, viewers, and end-to-end workflows.

You should have 5+ years building apps with modern frameworks, strong TypeScript and React skills, and experience leading small teams. Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind, and Convex is a plus; you’ll ship fast with high quality.
