Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector ARS-PDCA division seeks a Product Engineering Supervisor onsite at our Arden, NC manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of engineers within COE, coordinating workloads and ensuring high-quality design outputs aligned with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a technical/engineering team.
• 4+ years of technical/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering production schedules by coordinating resources and milestones.
• Prioritize orders based on skill sets, workload, and complexity to ensure on-time output.
• Direct supervision of SB06 and SB07 engineering staff with performance evaluations and coaching.
• Support new product and custom design efforts and development of customer-specific solutions.
• Identify and implement design improvements to enhance performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost.
• Coach engineers with ongoing guidance and development planning.
• Promote continuous improvement across processes, tools, and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to Eaton engineering standards and best practices.
