Job summary

Few&Far is seeking a Lead Product Engineer (backend leaning) to scale a global SaaS platform, delivering end-to-end features with a modern Python and TypeScript/React stack. You will own architectural decisions, drive performance and developer experience, and collaborate with Product and Design in a hybrid setup (onsite 1–2 days per week).

• Strong experience with Python and TypeScript/React in production environments.
• Experience working in fast-moving product teams with strong ownership mentality.
• Very flexible hybrid working setup, 1–2 days a week onsite.

• Build and ship user-facing features across frontend and backend systems
• Help evolve and maintain a scalable design system and component library
• Drive performance, quality, and developer experience across the product
