You will drive technology initiatives, lead multi-disciplinary engineering programs, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams. A strong track record in DOE and product testing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product development, R&D or advanced engineering environments.
• Proven experience leading products from concept through commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of DOE, DFMEA, risk assessment, and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with product testing, validation, design verification, and performance characterization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and commercialization of innovative consumer product solutions from concept through market launch.
• Drive new technology initiatives, product design activities, and engineering development projects.
• Serve as the technical lead for cross-functional projects involving R&D, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.
• Evaluate product performance, material selection, manufacturability, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Use DOE, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving to support development and decisions.
• Develop testing protocols, specifications, validation plans, and performance requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and external partners to implement innovations.
• Analyze technical data and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
