Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, MIS, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Business analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Technical and functional business writing skills required.
• Ability to provide guidance for application integrations and product solutions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to write unambiguous requirements that do not imply design.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Single Sign-On, SAML, OPENID Connect, OAUTH, PASSKEYS and other authentication/authorization technologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact delivery.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Create quality documentation and content material for IP development.
• Collect product requirements from operations, technology, business development and sales.
• Translate input into firm development requirements following process standards.
• Develop requirements artifacts including use-cases, diagrams, business rules, specs, and API docs.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL, Excel and other data mining tools.
• Lead model definition and data analysis for analytical models.
• Assist Project Management with prioritization and tracking of requirements.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.
