Rippling is building a Spend Management Platform that unifies Cards, Travel, Expenses, and Bill Pay into one connected experience. It’s native to Rippling’s HR and payroll system, so it already knows your org, roles, and policies, with automatic approvals and real-time reconciliation.

The Senior Product Designer will shape end-to-end user experiences for employees and finance leaders, crafting interfaces that balance control and simplicity at scale.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product design experience shipping complex, high-impact products from concept to launch.
• Portfolio shows ability to turn messy problems into simple workflows in complex domains.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft with ability to produce polished work across edge cases.
• Relentless customer focus, digging into real behavior and solving meaningful problems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to drive alignment and decisions.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering, moving quickly with high quality.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments, juggling multiple work-streams and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Help define the long-term vision for Rippling’s Spend Management Platform, unifying Cards, Travel, Expenses, and Bill Pay.
• Partner with Research to understand finance workflows and translate complexity into simple cross-product experiences.
• Design flows for employees and finance leaders, ensuring control, compliance, and scale.
• Mentor designers in systems thinking, interaction design, and visual polish to raise quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to make high-velocity decisions and ship with urgency while keeping the customer first.
