Job summary

Bilt Rewards is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape experiences for renters, reporting to the Head of Product Design. You will lead design initiatives within your pod, crafting enterprise and consumer-facing experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.

You will own product development end-to-end, build wireframes and prototypes, and drive data-informed decisions while collaborating closely with engineers and other teams to ensure polished, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing high-quality, impactful UX, UI, and product work.
• Mastery in wireframing, interaction, and prototyping tools, including Figma.
• Experience in UX Analytics and Research is a plus.
• Experience in Product Management is a plus.
• Experience in Front End development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product development end to end from concept to shipping.
• Build wireframes and prototypes to communicate ideas to the team and stakeholders.
• Conduct research and use data to inform product decisions with the customer at the center.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Ship, measure, and improve the product based on feedback and metrics.
• Identify future opportunities with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams.
• Define and scale the design system to maintain consistency across products.
