Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Designer - Rentals to shape a new rentals experience from the ground up. You will own end-to-end design for renters and property managers, define product vision, and partner with product leadership to bring a new business to life.

This remote role emphasizes research, data, and rapid prototyping, with a strong bias toward AI-assisted design tools. You will contribute to design systems, set priorities, and ensure a seamless renter journey across marketplace

• 8+ years as a product designer with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Experience in zero-to-one product development and comfort with incomplete information.
• Proficiency in using AI tools in the design process, with a clear vision for their future role.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Designer - Rentals to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape a new rentals experience from the ground up, with responsibility for both renter and property manager journeys. You will define product vision, guide design strategy, and partner closely with product leadership to bring a new business to life. The work blends zero-to-one product thinking, marketplace dynamics, and hands-on design execution with a strong emphasis on research, data, and rapid prototyping.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $180,700 - $244,500 annually
