Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience from discovery to shipping. You will champion a user-centered approach and align decisions with broader product strategy to build a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.

You will drive the full design lifecycle, govern scalable design systems, and conduct user research to inform the roadmap. Collaboration with engineers and product teams will be key, as will improving Design Operations and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design.
• End-to-end design experience: discovery, ideation, shipping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems.
• Extensive experience in product strategy and conducting user research.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and managing Design Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
