Qualifications

• Minimum 6-7 years of digital product design experience (UI/UX), including proven experience leading design initiatives on complex web or mobile applications.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and user flow optimization to high-fidelity UI prototyping.
• Build and maintain scalable UI libraries and design systems that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, innovative and aesthetically superior interfaces.
• Ensure that digital products reflect the brand’s visual identity, applying design excellence to the digital space.
• Act as the bridge between strategy, creative, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility without compromising design integrity.
