As a Lead Product Designer in AI Platforms, Personalization, Memory, and Signal Capture, you will help shape how traveler signals, preferences, behaviors translate into experiences that become increasingly relevant over time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design or related experience.
• Portfolio showing strong craft across complex digital experiences.
• Ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong systems thinking connecting interactions across journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful parts of the personalization experience from exploration to delivery.
• Collaborate across surfaces and technology layers to connect traveler data with experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to explore memory, signal capture, and cold-start experiences.
• Define and design personalization experiences translating signals into meaningful outcomes.
• Prototype to learn using high-fidelity prototyping and experimentation.
