Beast Industries is building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem. As Lead Product Designer, you will shape the visual and experiential DNA of a platform reaching 100M users, with a zero-to-one build powered by an AI-first mindset.

You will own end-to-end design for a highly interactive, gamified consumer app, collaborating closely with engineering to define the product roadmap and design core retention loops. Equity-first, hybrid culture, and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with shipped products or features used by millions.
• Experience integrating AI into design workflows.
• Startup experience with zero-to-one products is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Engineering to define the ideal squad workflow and product roadmap.
• Design and test core retention loops, onboarding flows, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.
