Job summary

Beast Industries is building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem. As Lead Product Designer, you will shape the visual and experiential DNA of a platform reaching 100M users, with a zero-to-one build powered by an AI-first mindset.

You will own end-to-end design for a highly interactive, gamified consumer app, collaborating closely with engineering to define the product roadmap and design core retention loops. Equity-first, hybrid culture, and relocation support are offered.

The Opportunity
We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires, responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. There is no legacy code, no inherited design debt. Just a \"zero-to-one\" build powered by an AI-first mindset.

The Product
You will lead the design for a consumer app anchored around the MrBeast audience. This isn't a passive content app; it is a highly interactive, gamified ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the \"ideal squad\" workflow and product roadmap.


• Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.


• Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.


• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.

• Consumer Expert: You have a portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people.


• AI-Native: You aren't just curious about AI; you are \"burning through tokens\" and integrating AI into your design workflow to move faster and smarter.


• Scrappy & Scaled: You have the \"startup\" experience to build from zero with a nimble team but the \"big tech\" experience to know what happens when a product hits massive scale.


• Action-Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer building and shipping over long, process-heavy design cycles. You prefer to \"show\" vs. \"act.\"

Compensation Range $158,000 - $198,000 + Bonus + Equity
