What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will lead design initiatives that enhance customer interaction with currency, treasury, and payments solutions, owning the end-to-end design process. Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and customers, you will craft impactful solutions used by thousands of businesses and millions of end-users worldwide.

What You'll Work On

1. Understanding customer needs in the evolving crypto and blockchain space
2. Prioritizing customer needs with product and engineering teams
3. Aligning across teams on problem spaces and solutions
4. Using data to inform decisions
5. Contributing to the growth of the design team by establishing best practices

What You’ll Bring To Circle

• Over 7 years of UX or product design experience, with ownership of end-to-end design for multiple products or features
• Strong contribution to a design culture, focusing on customer needs and team elevation
• Ability to connect work across different product areas to solve common problems
• Experience with service design challenges and complex workflows

Circle is committed to creating an inclusive financial future with transparency at its core. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. The base pay range is $157,500 - $207,500.
