Coins Philippines is seeking a senior product designer and product manager to own the design vision for our payment products in the Philippines. You will lead UX research, design systems, and a team of designers and researchers to deliver end-to-end experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 5+ years in product design or hybrid product design/PM role, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience owning end-to-end roadmap, specs, success metrics, and post-launch measurement.
• Proven track record designing scalable payment systems or fintech platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing UX strategy and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define design vision and product strategy for payment products.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap using frameworks to weigh impact vs effort.
• Establish UX/UI design standards across the org.
• Lead and grow a team of product designers and UX researchers.
• Translate research into structured PRDs and specs for engineers.
• Run experiments and define success metrics and KPIs for design initiatives.
• Own backlog and prioritization with product mgmt and engineering leads.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to UI specs.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to meet regulatory standards.
• Stay ahead of payment UX trends in PH, SEA, and globally.
