Job summary

Coins.ph seeks a visionary Head of Product Solution Design to lead end-to-end product design across fintech offerings. You will guide a team of designers, researchers, and strategists, shaping user journeys and design language to drive business value.

Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and business teams to deliver innovative, accessible experiences across mobile and web platforms. Strong portfolio and leadership in design thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy with leadership experience.
• Experience designing for digital products at scale in fintech, crypto, payments, or e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showing design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product design.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function within the Global Product team.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product designers, UX/UI designers, researchers, and writers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end design process from discovery to final UI, and implement design systems for consistency.
